My trip to Australia

7th August 2012

Hello every one ! Today we left Ningaloo to go to Perth which is the city of Western Australia. When we came, we were impressed by the height of the buildings and the skyscrapers. Perth is a coastal city, like Darwin, with a lot of georgous beaches of white sand. We staid all the morning at the beach because it was sun-drenched and it was warm.Then, me and my friend decided to do some shopping for the last stopover.We walk all the day in the city center, until evening, and we bought a lot of clothes and other things. We had fun.

In a few days, we will come back home, it was an extraordinary trip in Australia full of discovery. Australia is a very beautiful country with a welcoming population.

We will never forget this georgous time !

Hello every one ! Today I arrived to Ningaloo reef with my friend. There is a georgous beach of white sand with a crystal-clear water like it was the Terrestrial Paradise. First we swam in the sea and we had fun, it was great. We went to Ningaloo to saw the griant reef.

We did a scuba diving. Me and my friend wore a wet suit and a lack with an oxygen cylinder which were heavy but the guide said that one in water, it looks less heavy. It was true. Under the water it was very spectaluar because it was relatively profound. We saw a whale sharkwhich which was gigantic, turtles and a lot of colorful fishes very beautiful.

It was a magic moment for me and my friend. We talk again and again of this time.

Hello every one ! Today we went to Darwin which is the capitale city and the most inhabited city of Northen Territory of Australia. There is an anecdote on this city, it was the place where the most of lightnings fall of the world. In the city there is a lot of palm trees and a lot of prestigious hotel. This city is paradisiacal place.

Then, me and my friend decided to go to the Aviation Museum. We so the first plane of the museum and at the end of the visit we cold do a flight. It was the third time that I took a plan ! Like the other time, it was great. We saw Darwin from the sky it was very magic and enchanting.

Hello every one ! Today I took a little plane with my friend to go to Alice Springs. It was very marvellous to see the land from above. We flew the Red Center.

Arrived to Alice Springs, it was lunch time and we decided to dicoved the typical food of Australia. In a restaurant of the city, I place an order of a steak of Kangaroo with salad which was a staple food of aborigenes. It was very delicious, it almost had the same taste that the meat of beef. It was really surprising.

After the restaurant we went to the Red Center where we wanted to see Uluru, the eblematic red mountain of Australia. The big mountains was very spectacular which was surrounded of a giant red desert. We felt tiny face with the impressive mountain.

Hello every one ! Today we went to Kangaroo Island, the paradise of the kangaroos. We crossed the sea by boat. After the crossing, we headed to a reverse of kangaroos. We saw an uninimaginable number of kangaroos, they surrounded us, they were very cute and curious.

Then, on the coast, we discovered strange and dramatic rocks, digging by the waves.

It was a georgeous day.

Hello every one ! Today we took the road to the Great Ocean Road early this morning. Me and my friend hitchhiked to get there. Fortunately, a nice and smiling woman stoped her car for us. She was very friendly and we took about our incredible trip in Australia. Once arrived, we tanked her to help us.

At Great Ocean Road, there is a breathftaking view. It was a place with white cliffs of an impressive height and at the bottom of this one there was a beach. We were so exited to take our feet in the water. We pulled our shoes and began to walk on the sand. The water was slightly cold. The sun was shining and there are some winds. Me and my friend were like lost on a desert island because there was nobody on the beach. We are quiet in this corner of paradise.

Hello every one ! After a nigth in a confortable and welcoming room, in an hotel of Lithgow, a city near the Blue Montains, we decided to continue our trip at Namadgi National Park. Me and my friend took the train to get there.

Namadgi is the aboriginal word for the mountains south-west of Caberra. The park was declared in 1984 with an area of 106,095 hectares. Today, it was a day of dicovered and surprises. The places was a wide range of natural environement with a lote of forest and widerness places with bushes and high grass, it was sturnning and very gorgeous.

During the walk, me and my friend were talking, when suddenly, we saw a kangaroo with her baby, they were cut ! So, we didn't move during a moment to not scare them. After one minute, they ran away. It was an amazing time.

Afterwards, the day was finished and we found an hotel where sleeping.

Today, after a good night's sleeping and a rude awakening. We went to the Blue Mountains by bus. When we arrived, an aboriginal guide came and he proposed to guide us to Lyrebird Dell Cave, an old aboriginal camp site of 12 000 years old. We came with him and after an hour of walk we arrived at the cave. It was a gigantic cave with impressive rocks.

 Then, it was lunch time, we took some sandwitches that we had buy yesterday.  Afterwards, we took the Six Foot Track, where we saw a lot of vegetation and some gougeous waterfalls and rivers. I took a fantastic and dramatic photo of the Blues Moutains.

After this long walk, we took the Zig Zag Railways in a stream train. The path was great, there were marvellous landscaps. We didn't bored. It was a facinating day !

My long journey to Australia begin tomorrow. I’m so exited ! In a first time, I tell you what I will do in Australia . I drew the route on a map so that more clear.

I’ll arrive to Sydney, the most famous city in Australia, then I’ll go to the Blue Mountains and the National Parc of  Namagi which are fabulous places of the region of New South Wales as well as the Great Ocean Road in the state of Victioria.

Kangaroo Island, the Red Center and the city in the centre of the australian outback: Alice Springs, will be the next destination.

Fanely, I’ll go to the litoral cities of Darwin and Perth. Then I’ll go to Ningaloo underwater reserve.
